HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-290CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of June , 19_§9 The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89-290 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS 10TH ADDITION (88133) (MPUD 81-1) WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America has requested approval for a Final Plat/Plan for Northwest Business Campus 10th Addition (Campus Square). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the MPUD Final Plat/Plan for the Northwest Business Campus 10th Addition (Campus Square), subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit. 3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 7. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. (see next page) Resolution 89-290 Page Two B. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of the approved MPUD 81-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance. 9. Compliance with the conditions of Resolution 81-281 and Resolution 85-1-A that continue to apply. 10. Uses of "Area V shall be limited to one convenience store (including gasoline dispensing); uses as "permitted" in the B-3 zone; and uses allowed as "Conditional" with a Conditional Use Permit, in the B-3 zone subject to specific approval of each Conditional Use Permit. "Area G", at the northwest corner of Northwest Boulevard and Xenium Lane, shall be limited to office use in place of the gasoline service station previously approved. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Counciimember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained Wnnw Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
