Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regnlar meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of June , 19J.9 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89- 289
APPROVING MPUD FINAL PLAT AND SITE PLAN FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF
AMERICA FOR THE NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS 10TH ADDITION (88133) (MPUD 81-1)
WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America has requested approval of
Final Plat and Site Plan for Northwest Business Campus 10th Addition; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that is should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Site Plan for Prudential Insurance Company of America for the Northwest
Business Campus 10th Addition located at the southwest quadrant of Annapolis
Circle and Campus Drive.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Vasiliou Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
