Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of June ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-281
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 89-280
VACATING THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING WITHIN OUTLOT G
STEEPLECHASE 5TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage easement for
ponding within Outlot G, Steeplechase 5th Addition by Resolution No. 89-280
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County until Steeplechase
6th Addition is recorded at Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
