Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of June ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmemhers ,
Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk

RESOLUTION NO. 89-280
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR PONDING IN
OUTLOT G STEEPLECHASE 5TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a certain drainage easement for ponding in
Outlot G, Steeplechase 5th Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for June 5, 1989,
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of June 5, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on June 5, 1989, to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of a certain drainage easement for ponding
in Outlot G, Steeplechase 5th Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following drainage easement for ponding be vacated:
The perpetual easements for ponding purposes in Outlot G, Steeplechase 5th
Addition according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Rirkpr , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Main P

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
