WF Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of June ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
rminrilmemher Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-279
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 89-278
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR
LOT 7 BLOCK 5 DEERWOOD ESTATES ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage utility easement
within Lot 7 Block 5 Deerwood Estates Addition by Resolution No. 89-278
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County until the City
Council approves a variance for the deck that encroaches into the side yard setback and
the drainage and utility easement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
