Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following_ Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 89-275
APPROVING 1989 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, application for a Cigarette License has been received from the party
listed below in accordance with Chapter SI, Section 1150.01 of the City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License application from the party
listed below be approved for the period of May, 1989 through December 31, 1989:

Rainbow Foods

Plymouth, MN 55441
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasillou,
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
