Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of May , 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Z`ouncilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-274
APPROVING AMUSEMENT LICENSE FOR
FOUR SEASON MERCHANT'S ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Four Season Merchant's Association
for an amusement license to allow a carnival at 4150 Lancaster Lane from May 25 to
May 29, 1989; and
WHEREAS, all required certificates of insurance and fees have been received by the
City.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Plymouth
hereby approves and directs issuance of an amusement license to Four Season Merchant's
Association, 4150 Lancaster Lane, for the period May 25, 1989 through May 29, 1989.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
