Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of May , 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers VasilTiTi,
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
he following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following_ Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-273
AMENDING POLICY RELATING TO GUIDELINES REGULATING THE USE OF THE CITY CENTER
WHEREAS, the City Council previously adopted a policy establishing guidelines
regulating the use of the City Center by the general public; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise that policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it hereby revises the policy relating to guidelines regulating the use
of the City Center as shown in the attached legislative format draft policy.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereoMayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
