Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the Cit of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day
of May 19 8 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Rlrker- 7.1tur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-267
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY (86144)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Ryan Construction Company for Ryan Business Center
located 5095 Nathan Lane was approved under City Council Resolution 87-76;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $119,250; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution 87-530 authorized the reduction of
the financial guarantee to $6,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the performance bond No. U667713 in the amount of $6,000, which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements for Ryan Construction Company for Ryan Business
Center located at 5095 Nathan Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider-roune,ilmambese
Vasiliou- Rirker, M rnr and Sick
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
