Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day
of May_, 19_!19_ The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider Councilmembera Vasilioit. Ric Pr, 7itur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-263
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF VICKSBURG LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 9 (89016)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located in the Northwest Quadrant of Vicksburg Lane and County Road 9 from FRD
(Future Restricted Development) District to R-2 (Low Density Multiple Family
Residence) District in conjunction with approval of the Preliminary Plat for
Northfork for Jack Swedlund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Northfork for Jack Swedlund to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Schn d { CounrilmPmhnrG Vacilinu,
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
