Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rertular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of
May , 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-262
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 89-261
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR
PLYMOUTH FREEWAY CENTER ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage utility
easement within Plymouth Freeway Center Addition by Resolution No. 89 -,?61_.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County
until Elwell, Miley and Quinn Addition is filed with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. ,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
