HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-260CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of May , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk , The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk its adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 89- 260 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 89-2.5Q— VACATING THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING FOR HARRISON HILLS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage easement for ponding within Outlot B, Harrison Hills 2nd Addition by Resolution No. 89-259 . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County until Boulder Ridge Addition is recorded at Hennepin County. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmemberc Vasiliou. Rirki, , Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
