Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of May , 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneide—�ouncilmembers Vasil Lou, r
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-256
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSES FOR
WESTONKA SANITATION AND INDUSTRIAL ROLL -OFF SERVICE
WHEREAS, applications for Garbage Hauler Licenses have been received from Westonka
Sanitation and Industrial Roll -off Service; and
WHEREAS, all necessary fees and certificates of insurance have been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Garbage Hauler Licenses are approved for Westonka Sanitation and
Industrial Roll -Off Service for the period May 1, 1989 through March 31, 1990.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor c neider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk .

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
