Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of May ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RL•SOLUTION NO. 89- 252
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
10TH AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE II
CITY PROJECT NO. 648
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing for the following:
Extend 12" trunk watermain.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for 10th Avenue Improvements, Phase II, City Project
No. 648 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 4 for 10th Avenue Improvements, Phase II, City
Project No. 648 by adding $12,920.00 is approved:
Original Contract Amount $2,114,454.79
Previous Change Orders 94,066.50
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 - ADD 12,920.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $2,221,441.29
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
entincilme_mher Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: MAynr Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
