Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Ist day of May
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-251
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
COUNTY ROAD 6/I-494 INTERCHANGE
CITY PROJECT NO. 250
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
A. Revise sanitary sewer along C.V.N. parking lot
B. Adjust traffic signal handhole at County Road 61
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for County Road 6/I-494 Interchange Improvements, City
Project No. 250 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
•MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for County Road 6/I-494 Interchange Improvements,
City Project No. 250 by deleting $57,859.10 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $2,584,985.16
Previous Change Orders - Delete (57,859.10)
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 6-532.0
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $2,533,658.06
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
