Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held ou the Lst day of
May 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 250
ABATING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
PIN 23-118-22-31-0011
LEVY NO. 11368
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 88-533 adopted September 13, 1988, the City Council
reestablished special assessments on PIN 23-118-22-31-0011 which was sold as a
tax forfeit land sale; and
WHEREAS, the City has learned that these special assessments were
reestablished by Resolution No. 86-138 adopted March 17, 1986 and these
assessments have remained on the land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the special assessments established by Resolution
No. 88-533 on PIN 23-118-22-31-0011 as Levy No. 11368 are hereby abated.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou,Ricker, ,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
