Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day
of May 19_89 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
_Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89- 240
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CARLSON REAL ESTATE COMPANY (89013)
WHEREAS, Carlson Real Estate Company has requested a Conditional Use Permit
for two-family structures on Lots 1-3, Block 1; Lots 1-8, Block 3; and Lots 1-
3, Block 4, Carlson Center Third Addition; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for a
Conditional Use Permit to construct two-family dwellings on Lots 1-3, Block 1;
Lots 1-8, Block 3; and Lots 1-3, Block 4, Carlson Center Third Addition,
subject to the following conditions and based on the following findings:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
Ordinances.
2. All construction shall comply with Zoning Ordinance standards. No
variances to setback or other standards are approved.
3. All dead, dying and diseased trees shall be removed at owner's expense.
4. The Conditional Use Permit is consistent with the standards for a
Conditional Use Permit enumerated by Section 9, Subdivision A of the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance.
5. The permit is for new two-family dwellings on the lots indicated.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
