HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-234CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of May 1989. The following members were present: The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-234 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 89--Z33- VACATING A PORTION OF MINNESOTA LANE ADJACENT TO LOT 1, BLOCK 1 AND LOT 1, BLOCK 2, CHRISTIANSEN'S PARKERS LAKE THIRD ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a portion of Minnesota Lane within Christiansen's Parkers Lake Third Addition by Resolution No. 89- 2gi. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County until: 1. An easement be provided over a portion of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 with a 40 foot radius from the centerline of existing Minnesota Lane for the construction of a cul-de-sac. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasi7iou Ricker., Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: _None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
