Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Cotmil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 17th day of
April , 1989 . The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 89-221
AWARDING CONTRACT FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received on April 11 in accordance with City policy
for Project No. 910 Plymouth Creek parking lot improvements, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer Bonestroo, Rosene and Anderlik has
recommended awarding the contract to the low bidder of Bury i Carlson, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation reviewed the bids and is in
agreement with the consulting engineer's recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the contract for Project No. 910, Plymouth Creek
parking lot, is awarded to Bury 6 Carlson, Inc., in the amount of $67,839, and
further, that the Director of Finance is authorized to transfer $80,000 from
the 218-218 park dedication account into the 401 construction account.
The motion for the ad0pti-,11 Of the foregoing Resolution wss duly esoonded by
Councilmember Zitur , find upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof:_ Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers V^siliou, Ricker,
Zitur_and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
