Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the _17th day of _ April ,

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89 -
APPROVING CHANGE ORDE NO. 8
ZACHARY LANE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
CITY PROJECT NO. 431
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 8 has been prepared providing for the following:
A. Timing relay for Well No. 9
B. Stilling wells for backwash tank probes
C. Pilot lights for fluoride controls
D. Zachary valve vault piping
E. Additional wires for Zachary vault
F. Light fixture for Room 107
G. Meter signal converter relocation
H. Wiring to water loading station
I. Backwash control modifications
J. Power to water cooler
K. Chemical feed control panels
L. Boiler control relay
M. Circuit for PRV - 1
N. Grill for elevator vent
O. Temporary door lock
P. Light fixture for Room 207
Q. Motor circuit protector for high service no. 3
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 8 for Zachary Lane Water Treatment Plant, City Project
No. 431 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 8 for the Zachary Lane Water Treatment Plant, City
Project No. 431 is reco'mended for approval
Original Contract Amount $3,500,956.00
Previous Change Orders 76,489.73
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 7 - ADD 22.182.00
REVISED CnNTRACT AMOUNT.......... $3,599,627.73
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
VmmrilmPmhar 7it»r , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
