Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the _17th day of April ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Birker 7itur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-207
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FINAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PLANS
HIGHWAY 101 WATER TOWER
CITY PROJECT NO. 906
WHEREAS, the City Council has designated Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates,
Inc. as the consulting engineer to prepare the plans and specifications for the Highway
101 Water Tower; and
WHEREAS, said engineering firm has presented a proposal for the design services for the
water tower; and
WHEREAS, the proposal reduces the basic design services that are specified in the
Engineering Services Agreement between the City and the consulting engineer by 20%.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is authorized to
proceed with the preparation of the plans and specifications for the Highway 101 Water
Tower.
FURTHER, that the work is to be; performed in accordance with the Engineer Service
Agreement between the City and the consulting engineer, except that the design services
as specified in the agreement are reduced by 202.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk ,
