Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetin9 of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day
of Anrii 19$L The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
C:nnnrilmpmher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-201
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR
PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK 5TH ADDITION FOR PRIME DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Prime West Business
Park 5th Addition as requested by Prime Development Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to
be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. No Building Permits shall be issued to any of the Outlots created.
2. Concurrent with the recording of the Final Plat a "Declaration of
Restrictive Covenants" shall be recorded providing that no development of
the Outlots may take place and no building permits issued until the
following conditions are satisfied:
a. Outlot B shall be dedicated as street right-of-way.
b. Outlot D replatted to provide additional street right-of-way for 6th
Avenue for its extension to Valley Forge Lane.
c. A Letter of Credit is provided to insure complete construction of 6th
Avenue from Revere Lane to Valley Forge Lane.
d. Outlot D, Prime West Business Park is conveyed to an association whose
members include owners of Outlot B, Prime West Business Park.
Said Declaration shall be approved by the City Attorney.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker_ Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
