Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day
of April , 1989 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Coviicilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89- 200
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK 5TH ADDITION FOR PRIME
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (89012)
WHEREAS, Prime Development Corporation has requested approval for Final Plat
for Prime West Business Park 5th Addition, a plat for 4 outlots on 25.9 acres
located in the northwest quadrant of Revere Lane and State Highway 55; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for
Prime Development Corporation for Prime West Business Park 5th Addition.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou.
