Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day
of April , 1989 The following members were present:

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember si,,k introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-195
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PLYMOUTH MEADOWS ADDITION
FOR DAVID DAHL (88112)
WHEREAS, David Dahl has requested approval for Final Plat for Plymouth Meadows
Addition, a plat for 11 lots and one outlot locat-d north and east of the
intersection of County Road #24 and 32nd Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Review Committee has reviewed said request and
recommends approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TELE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for David Dahl for Plymouth Meadows Addition located
north and east of the intersection of County Road #24 and 32nd Avenue North;
and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider_ Council mhers

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
