Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd _ day of _ April ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker. ,
Zi t..r and Sick
The following members were absent: Counclimember Vasiliou

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-192
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
10TH AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE II
CITY PROJECT NO. 648
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
increase muck excavation and select granular borrow quantities
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for 10th Avenue Improvements, Phase II, City Project
No. 648 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 3 for 10th Avenue Improvements, Phase II, City
Project No. 648 by adding $73,856.00 is approved:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: jMayor Schneider Councilmembers Ricker, Zitur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
