. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of April ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider Counri1memhers RirkPr_ ,
Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-184
FINAL APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY LAYOUT
COUNTY ROAD 6 FROM FERNBROOK LANE TO COUNTY ROAD 101
CITY PROJECT 829
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 89-164 adopted Marti 20, 1989, the City Council gave
preliminary approval to the preliminary layout f-- Lounty Road 6 from Fernbrook Lane to
County Road 101 subject to six conditions; and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer has presented a memorandum dated March 29, 1989, and a
revised preliminary layout addressing those conditions; and
WHEREAS, the conditions as established by the City Council have been adequately
addressed with the exception of Condition No. 4 regarding retaining walls around
existing substantial trees which needs further consideration during the preparation of
. the final construction plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the revised preliminary layout and the March 29, 1989, memorandum from
the consulting engineer addresses the six conditions contained in Resolution No. 89-164
except for Condition No. 4.
FURTHER, that the final construction plans include a memorandum on the removal of
substantial trees and the trees which will be retained through the construction of
retaining walls or modified sloping.
The motion for the adontion of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Co nrilmamherc Ri kar, 71t7,r end Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: Non
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
