Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day
of April , 19_2 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: Councilmemberyasiliou
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89- 182
DECLARING FINDING OF "NO NEED" FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (EIS)
BASED UPON THE REVIEW OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT W,ORKNEET (EAW) DATED
JANUARY 5, 1989, FOR BASS LAKE HILLS PROPOSED BY CSM CORPORATION AND GRAHAM
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (88060)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat for CSM Corporation
and Graham Development Company by Resolution Number 89-35 on January 23, 1989;
and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (EQB) Rule
Number 4410.4300, Subpart 14 A (3), the Environmental Review Process, the City
of Plymouth, as the responsible governmental unit, submitted an Environmental
Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the development on January 9, 1989; and,
WHEREAS, the 30 day review comment period expired on February 22, 1989, and
all comments and recommendations received from reviewing agencies and other
interested parties have been considered; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the proposed development does not present
a potential for significant environmental impacts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does make a negative
declaration on the need for an Environment Impact Statement (EIS) for the
proposed development known as Bass Lake Hills for CSM Corporation and Graham
Development Company.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was du1j; seconded
by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote Lting taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
