Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day
of April , 19 89 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89- 179
APPROVING RPUD FINAL PLAT/PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR TYRELL NINTH
ADDITION FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES (89015) (RPUD 79-2)
WHEREAS, HANS HAGEN has requested approval for Final Plat for Tyrell Ninth
Addition (RPUD 79-2), a plat for 12 lots located north of 47th Avenue and
Kinsgview Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Review Committee has reviewed said request and
recommends approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the RPUD Final
Plat/Plan and Development Contract for Hans Hagen for Tyrell Ninth Addition
located north of 47th Avenue and Kingsview Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
