Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day
of bril , 19_0 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiiiou
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89- 173
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT
DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR MARK ROCHFORD (89011)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division/Consolidation for Mark
Rochford for property located at 945 Minnesota Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said Lot
Division/Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor
elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open
storm water drainage facilities.
4. Drainage and utility easements as required by the City Engineer shall be
executed and recorded with the Lot Division/Consolidation.
5. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication per City Policy in
effect at the time of filing.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by rollnrJ1mPmhPr Miak , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor there(,;. Mayor Rrhneider, Councilmembers
Cigczk
The following voted against or abstained Nona
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
