Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day
of April , 19_L9_ The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Ricker_ Sisk and Zit,ir
The following members were absent: Councilmemher Vasilinii
Councilmember zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-177
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR MARK ROCHFORD FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
945 MINNESOTA LANE WITHIN THE CHRISTIANSEN'S PARKER'S LAKE THIRD ADDITION

WHEREAS, Mark Rochford has requested a Division and Consolidation of property
relating to lots 1 and 2;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a
Division/Consolidation resulting in parcels described as follows:
PARCEL A
That part of Lot 1, Block 1 CHRISTIANSEN'S PARKER'S LAKE THIRD ADDITION
described as follows:
Beginning at the point of reverse curve in said Lot 1; thence easterly
and northerly along the east line of said Lot 1 to the northeast corner
of said Lot 1; thence westerly along the north line of said lot 1 a
distance of 180.00 feet; thence deflecting to the left 80 degrees 00
minutes 00 seconds a distance of 89.61 feet more or less to its
intersection with a line drawn from the southwest corner of said Lot 1 to
the point of beginning; thence southeasterly along said last described
line a distance of 166.69 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL B
Lot 2, Block 1, CHRISTIANSEN'S PARKER'S LAKE THIRD ADDITION and that part
of Lot 1 of said Addition described as follows:
Commencing at the point of reverse curve in said Lot 1; thence easterly
and northerly along the east line of said Lot 1 to the northeast corner
of said Lot 1; thence westerly along the north line of said Lot 1 a
distance of 180.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence deflecting to
the left 80 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 89.61 feet more
or less to its intersection with a line drawn from the southwest corner
of said Lot 1 to the point of reverse curve in the east line of said

Lot 01; thence southeasterly along said last described line a distance of
166.69 feet to the point of reverse curve in the easterly line of said Lot 1;
thence southwesterly along the easterly line of said Lot 1 to the southeast
corner of said Lot 1; thence northwesterly along the southerly line of said
Lot 1 to the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence northerly along the west
line of said Lot 1 to the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence easterly
along the north line of said Lot 1, 225.87 feet to the point of beginning.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Division/Consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker,
Sisk and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon -the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
