HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-176CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of April , 1989 The following members were present: ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker, Sisk and Zitur The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-176 APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR LARKEN INC., 3000 HARBOR LANE WHEREAS, application for an on -sale intoxicating liquor license has been received from Larken, Inc., for the property at 3000 Harbor Lane, (previously known as Holiday Inn Plymouth), for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII; and WHEREAS, all required certificates of insurance and fees have been received by the City; and WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an invest1lation and finds no reason to recommend denial of the license; and WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth Fire Inspector has conducted an inspection of the premises and finds that one code violation remains to be completed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an on -sale intoxicating liquor license be approved for Larken Inc., 3000 Harbor Lane, for the period April 3, 1989 through January 31, 1990, with the following condition: 1. That the sprinkler alarm be tied into the building alarm system and Inspected and approved by the City of Plymouth Fire Inspector. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker, Sisk and Zitur . The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
