Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
.the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of April ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker. ,
Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou
Councilmember.Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-175
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE - NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9
TRUNK SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 905
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 89-125 of the City Council adopted the 27th day of February,
1989, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to trunk sewer and water
improvements on West Medicine Lake Drive - North of County Road 9; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of trunk watermain and sanitary
sewer, along West Medicine Lake Drive - North of County Road 9 and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 3rd day of April
.1989, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA;
Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted February 27, 1989.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is designated as
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

The following voted against or abstained: Nnna
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
