HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-173CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of March , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur , The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-173 AMENDING POLICY RELATING TO EROSION AND SILTATION CONTROL WHEREAS, the City by Resolution No. 81-276 on April 27, 1981, adopted a policy concerning responsibility and control of erosion and siltation; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to clarify and revise that policy; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does revise the "Erosion and Siltation Control Policy" by adding and deleting as shown in legislative format in the draft policy as presented in the report from the Director of Public Works dated March 16, 1989. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Major Schne,der. Councilmembers Ricker— Sicker , Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
