Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of March , 1988.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,—Eouncilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
fhe following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-153
AWARD OF BID FOR PRINTING PLYMOUTH ON PARADE
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for printing Plymouth on Parade for one
year; and bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:
PLYMOUTH ON PARADE

SIX ISSUES - MAY 1989 - MARCH 1990

WHEREAS, it appears that Sexton Printing of St. Paul is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with Sexton Printing of St. Paul, in the name of the City of
Plymouth for the printing of Plymouth on Parade for one year in accordance with
the bid submitted March 2, 1989.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been signed.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemer Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: ayor, chneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The follow ng voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
