Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of March
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Rirkar, Zirnr and Rick

RESOLUTION NO. 89- 149
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
BASS LAKE WOODS ADDITION (84075)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated November 15, 1984, Bass Lake
Woods Associates, developer of Bass Lake Woods Addition (84075), has agreed to install
certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above
from $9,856 to $5,152 to reflect the completed work; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City ordinances the developer provided Letter of Credit No.
012 to guarantee the payment of the special assessments for concrete curb and gutter on
the east side of Northwest Boulevard; and
'WHEREAS, the developer has paid the special assessments for the 32 lots in Bass Lake
Woods Addition; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the
prepayment of the special assessments;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Letter of Credit No. 012 in the amount of
$5,282 is hereby reduced to $0 (zero) and released.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per
Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows:

Maintenance of Erosion
and Sediment Control Plan
Street Sweeping and Storm
Sewer Cleaning Cash:
Letter of Credit:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
