Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day
of March , 1989 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-143
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ROBERT PIERCE/B & H SUPPLY
INC. FOR SHILOH PINES (88025)
WHEREAS, Robert Pierce/B & H Supply Inc. has requested approval for Final Plat
for Shiloh Pines; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Robert Pierce/B & H Supply Inc. for Shiloh Pines
located at the west end of 29th Avenue North and South of County Road 24; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
gjrkar, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained Councilmembers Vasiliou & Sisk
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
