Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day
of February 1989. The following were present:

Councilmem_her Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 89-138
APPROVING 111E CLOSING OF PFUJECT5 AND TRANSFER OF
REMAINING CONSMIUCTION FUNDS TO CORRES'PONDIM DEBT SERVICE FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the construction of various projects,
and
W!{EREASC financing has been provided through the sale of bonds and interfund
transfers, and
WHEREAS, it is sound financial management to transfer the remaining
construction funds to the respective debt service funds and original financing
funds for projects that are completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLyMOUIH, MINNESOTA that Project #'s 246, 306, 455, 509, 530, 531, 532, 539,
542, 602, 604, 616, 627, 628, 629, 638, 647, 655, 661, 663, 711, 712, 725,
737, and 751 be closed and all remaining construction funds be transferred to
the corresponding Debt Service Funds and original financing funds.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Maynr SrhnPitar CQ,jnrJlmemhers Unciliau, Kirke_
Zitur and Sisk _
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
