Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 27th day of
February 19 89 . The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 89-136
APPROVINC OAKWOOD PLAYGROUND PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the 1989 capital improvement budget allocates $10,000 for the Oakwood
playground project, and
WHEREAS, the Oakwood PTO has completed the installation of said playground,
and
WHEREAS, the City has received proper billing and invoicing on this project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Finance is authorized to make
payment in the amount of $10,000 to District 284 from park dedication account
219-219.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
