Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
February , 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 134
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD - ZACHARY LANE TO SOUTH LINE OF
ZACHARY HEIGHTS ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO. 705
WHEREAS, the City has received a Preliminary Engineering Report for Schmidt
Lake Road - Zachary Lane to south line of Zachary Heights Addition; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications are needed for said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as the engineer to
prepare plans and specifications for Schmidt Lake Road -
Zachary Lane to south line of Zachary Heights Addition in
accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Report dated
December 28, 1988.
2. That funding for the project will be from special assessments
and contained in the development contracts for Wild Wings 2nd
and 3rd Additions and Zachary Heights Addition with the
balance from Tax Increment Financing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
