Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 27th day of
February 19 89 - The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following mem`>ers were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and mmeed its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 131
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT ON PROJECT NO. 743
WHEREAS, Beliir Builders has completed the Parkers Lake Pavilion project and
submitted final billing in the amount of $1,964, and

WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer, Delano Erickson Architects, and the
Director of Park and Recreation have recommended approval of final payment on
Project No. 743,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF )
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Finance is authorized to make final
payment to Belair Builders in the amount of $1,964 on the Parkers Lake
Pavilion Project No. 743.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
