Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
February , 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker Zitur and Sisk ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 127
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
COUNTY ROAD 61 - COUNTY ROAD 47 TO 54TH AVENUE
CITY PROJECT NO. 416
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered a Preliminary Engineering Report be prepared
for County Road 61 from County Road 47 to 54th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report has been prepared and was presented
to the City Council at their February 27, 1989, Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to have the Assessment Committee review the
report prior to holding a public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: The Preliminary Engineering Report for City Project No.
416 be referred to the Assessment Committee for their review and
recommendations prior to ordering the project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider, Cnunct1memhPrR Vas line_ Ricker_ ,
The following voted against or abstained: _Slone
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
