Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
February , 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-126
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
S.J. GROVES AREA - PHASE III
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 833
WHEREAS, the City has received a Preliminary Engineering Report for the S.J.
Groves Area, Phase III, Street and Utility Improvements; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the Trunk Highway 169 West Frontage Road
Improvements begin construction in 1969; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications are needed for said improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as the engineer to
prepare plans and specifications for the Trunk Highway 169
West Frontage Road Improvements in accordance with the
Preliminary Engineering Report dated February 13, 1989.
2. That funding for the project will be from Tax Increment
Financing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor. Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker ,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
