Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
February , 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk ,
The following members were absent: None

RESOLUTION NO. 89-125
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 905
WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE TRUNK SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 24, 1988, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates with
respect to the West Medicine Lake Drive Trunk Sanitary Sewer and Watermain
Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the installation of trunk sanitary
sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on February 27, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited
property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to
429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $267,600.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 3rd day of April, 1989, in the Council Chambers of
the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30
p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice
of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coln f1memb Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker ,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
