Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
February , 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent:

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-123
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WELL NO'S 11 AND 12
CITY PROJFCT NO. 909
WHEREAS, The City has received a Preliminary Engineering Report for Well No's
11 and 12 to expand the City's water supply system; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that Well No. 11 be located at the Zachary Lane
site and Well No. 12 be located at the central site with construction to begin
in 1989; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications are needed for Well No's 11 and 12.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby
designated as the engineer to prepare plans and specifications
for Well No's 11 and 12 in accordance with the Preliminary
Engineering Report dated November 11, 1988.
2. That funding for the wells will be from the Utility Trunk
Fund.
3. That the specifications shall include alternate bids for cable
tool and reverse rotary methods for drilling the wells.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
