Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
February , 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 117
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
MERRY MIDDLEMIST ADDITION
RIDGECREST ADDITION, RIDGECREST 2ND AND 3RD ADDITIONS AND
LAKE PARK ACRES ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 27, 1989, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of Merry Middlemist Addition, Ridgecrest Addition, Ridgecrest 2nd
and 3rd Additions and Lake Park Acres Addition by the installation of
ornamental residential street lights and this report wa■ received by the
Council on February 27, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was
signed by all owners of real property within the plats named
as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted February 27, 1989, The
petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for
these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will
be done by the Northern States ewer Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker ,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
