Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27rh day of
February - 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider Councilmemhers Vanili_nu_- Rirkar- Zitur and Sick ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-115
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL
WOODCREEK ADDITION/22ND AVE.
PROJECT NO. 660 & 813
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Northdale Construction Co., Inc. as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for Woodcreek Addition/22nd Ave.
Improvements, City Project Nos. 660 & 813 said agreement being dated June 20,
1988; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his
approval of the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $192,463.65, change
orders in the amount of $34,888.08 were approved, and the
value of the work to date is $234,052.77.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for the Woodcreek
Addn/22nd Ave. Improvements Project and certified to the
Council by the engineer as acceptable, being the same, is
hereby released from the contract except as to the
conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights
of the owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty
work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 4 and Final in the amount of
$20,172.04 to Northdale Construction Co., Inc. for the
Woodcreek Addn/22nd Ave. Improvements Project is hereby
approved and the City rinancs Director is hereby authorized
and directed to pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CounrilmPmher Vaciliou __, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

Zi r,ir and Sick
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
