Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of February ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk

introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 89-114
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
22ND AVENUE
CITY PROJECT NO. 813
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
Adjust storm sewer pipe elevations, remove and dispose of concrete curb and
bituminous and performed additional commcn excavation for road added
previously. This work was requested by the developer.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for 22nd Avenue Improvements Contract, City Project No.
813 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 3 for the 22nd Avenue Improvements Contract, City
Project No. 813 by adding $4,201.08 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $192,463.65
Previous Change Orders 30,687.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. - ADD 4,201.08
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $227,351.73
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
