HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-110CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of February 1989 The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89- 110 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR VISION OF GLORY LUTHERAN CHURCH (88096) WHEREAS, Vision of Glory Lutheran Church has requested approval for a Preliminary Plat for a 5.03 acre, one lot parcel located at 13200 State Highway 55; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for Vision of Glory Lutheran Church located at 13200 State Highway 55, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. - 2. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-89 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 3. No Building Permit to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
