Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day
of Eehr„ary 19$2 The following members were present:
Mayor S hneider Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89- 107
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF BASS LAKE ROAD AND HIGHWAY 169 (88146)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located in the northwest quadrant of Bass Lake Road and Highway 169 from FRD
(Future Restricted Development) District to I-1 (Planned Industrial) District
in conjunction with approval of the Final Plat for Tenant Corporate Center for
Opus/Tenant Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Opus/Tenant Corporation for Tenant Corporate Center, to be filed with Hennepin
County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Cmincilmemher ziturand upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Cniincilm mh G
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
