Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2.7th

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-103
APPROVING 1989 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATION
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette License has been received from the party
listed below in accordance with Chapter SI, Section 1150.01 of the City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License application from the party
listed below be approved for the period of February 27, 1989 through December
31, 1989:
Kenneth H. Oedneak
Grocery Hut, Inc.
17405 County Road 6
Plymouth, MN 55447
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an adopte
